Including, registered with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Payment Service Regulations 2020 (FRN No: 928932), we are also registered and supervised by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as a Money Service Business under license number XSML00000152297.

Although anyone may be able to access the website, some of the services featured are only directed at and are only available to and for use by residents of the United Kingdom.

REGISTRATION WITH US.

  • • You must register with us before we perform any of Our Services for you. You must provide us all the information we need in order to complete your registration, including proof of your identity, an address, and any other facts we may need in order to carry out our anti-money laundering procedure.

  • • After registering on the website or using our mobile app, we kindly ask that you keep your login information private. You are accountable for all activities carried out using the chosen credentials.

    • - The payee or beneficiary’s correct, true, accurate and complete details, including name, address, bank account number and any other information concerning the payee or beneficiary we require from time to time.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED.

  • Proof of identity : UK driving licence, passport, or any other photo ID issued by a UK gov.
  • Proof of address : bank statement, utility bills , electricity or council tax bills and any evidence for address must be less than 3 months
  • Declaration form : In the case of larger transactions further evidence of permanent address and evidence of income is required with signing a declaration form.

These guidelines must be followed by all clients. We are free to accept or reject a customer's instructions and is not required to complete a transaction if it so chooses.

You give us permission to share your name, address, and other personally identifiable information for us to verify your identification and collect information about you from third parties.

FINANCIAL MARKET.

We are not giving advice. However, we may give you information at your request, but we are not giving you any advice about whether to proceed with a money transfer or not, or about the best time to do so. You are solely responsible for determining whether or not to submit a request and if a given Money Transfer is appropriate for you.

For the receipt and dispatch of electronic payments, banks have set cut off hours. Any delay or failure of a money transfer caused by a late arrival of funds or a late reception of instructions, which results in failing to meet any specified cut off imposed by a bank, is not our fault and is not subject to any obligation.

CHARGES AND PRICE.

If we agree to provide any services requested from the website for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, those services may be subject to fees, tariffs, and/or taxes, as well as any costs associated with adhering to local and international legal or regulatory requirements. In addition to our price, you are responsible for paying any applicable customs and/or taxes. Please be aware that we have no control over these fees and that we often cannot forecast their exact amount because it may change as time goes on.

The prices of the Services are posted daily on our facebook page and updated regulary on the Website.

We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of the Services to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factor beyond our control i.e. any foreign exchange fluctuation, a significant increase in any other costs of third party services.

In the unlikely event of this occurring, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before we have commenced providing the Services.

If any Services ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address so that we can contact you if necessary.

DOCUMENTS/INFORMATION REQUIRED UPON REQUEST.

You will quickly provide us with any information and documentation upon our request so that we can meet any legal requirements pertaining to Our Services, including those that may be imposed by the Money Laundering Regulations of 2017.

PAY-OUT.

Transactions will be ready to disburse on our pay-out network where the receiver can show their ID and our pay-out partner will disburse the amount, while processing transactions we may ask for additional documents subject to Compliance policies and procedures. To proceed with transactions to the pay-out location, we need complete receiver details i.e. full beneficiary’s name, contact number and Id.

Any dates quoted for completing the performance of the remittance service are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any delay in completing the performance of the Service, however, caused.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND.

Please let us know if you have any problems with the Service. You can contact us using the contact information at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions.

You have the right to cancel your agreement with us after you have submitted a transaction until 5 working days after you have done the payment or until we pay the amount to the beneficiary.

We will only accept your written request for a refund (submitted by email, or by mail using the contact information at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions) with having the complete details of sender and receiver, along with the transaction identification number, amount, and the reason for your refund request.

The refund will be credited back with the same currency and same payment instruction used by the sender. No adjustment will be made for any currency fluctuations which may have occurred in the meanwhile.

TERMINATION.

We reserve the right to terminate a contract with you in accordance with clauses mention below and to suspend your account from the website immediately and without prior notice if:

  • - You fail to make a payment to us when due
  • - You are assuming or using the identity of any other person.
  • - When you refuse to give us the information we need to verify the legitimacy and accuracy of your identity or any other details linked to the services you obtain from us.
  • - We suspect you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal behaviour on the Website or are planning to engage in it.
  • - You violate these Rules

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

The Contract is exempt from the provisions of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act of 1999. As a result, only you and we have any rights, duties, or privileges under the Contract, and only you and we have the authority to enforce the Contract's terms and take any necessary action.

LAW.

Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, and these Terms and Conditions shall be controlled by and construed in accordance with English Law.

COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS.

You recognise that we can communicate with you through email and other electronic methods and that all agreements, notices, information, and other communications that we give to you electronically satisfies any requirement that such communications be in writing.
